We are committed to manufacturing the highest quality of products, reducing CO2 emissions and operating under efficient water and gas policies. 1. QUALITY

Guiding the development of molecules from clinical trials to commercialization, advancing the aseptic manufacturing of branded and generic inhalation and ophthalmic medications, and compounding united dose syringes have one thing in common: there is no margin for error. Ritedose rigorously controls its supply chain, systems processes, and outcomes to produce pharmaceutical products that provide maximum risk mitigation and the safest delivery system possible. Our work is done in deference not only to patients but to the people who care for them. In every product we develop, every process we improve, and every drug we manufacture, we see our patients and those who deliver their care. It’s why we have exacting standards and an eagerness to make everything right. We continuously track our operational performance and set quality targets each year to ensure we deliver the highest quality products possible.

A healthy planet is the foundation for a healthy society, right down to the water we drink and the air we breathe. While every person is impacted by the health of our environment, the effects of climate change are distributed unequally among disadvantaged populations in the U.S. and around the globe. Governance

Our ESG management efforts are overseen by Ritedose’s ESG council, which is a cross-functional working group including representatives from operations, quality, and human resources. Together, they are responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive ESG strategy and establishing annual and long-term goals, performance metrics and a governance structure to achieve them. In addition, our Board of Directors and senior leadership, in partnership with our ESG council, oversees Ritedose’s ESG Impact Statement and initiatives. They also work together to ensure the accuracy of our quality and environmental disclosures. Lastly, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors takes into account Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality, environmental, and social initiatives and works with senior leadership to set goals.
