Carolyn Berg is the Vice President of Strategic Growth for The Ritedose Corporation. She leads the company’s strategic growth initiatives by strengthening customer partnerships, advancing commercial strategy, and identifying new opportunities that support Ritedose’s continued growth in the inhalation and ophthalmic markets. Her leadership reflects Ritedose’s commitment to innovation, collaboration, and improving patients’ lives through high-quality pharmaceuticals.
Prior to joining Ritedose, Carolyn served as Vice President of Business Development for Catalent’s inhaled drug delivery solutions, where she led the commercial strategy and global sales efforts to expand the company’s inhalation business. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Cipla, Teva Respiratory, and Merck, building extensive experience in business development, portfolio strategy, strategic marketing, product commercialization, and commercial leadership. Throughout her career, Carolyn has built a strong track record of driving growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing teams across the global pharmaceutical industry.
Carolyn earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Journalism (Public Relations) and French from the University of Texas at Austin and an International MBA from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. She is known for her energetic, collaborative leadership style and patient- and customer-first mindset. Outside of work, Carolyn enjoys cooking, entertaining, traveling, and volunteering to support community trap-neuter-return (TNR) efforts for cats.
