Pavan Dasari is the VP of Quality and Compliance for The Ritedose Corporation. He leads the company’s global quality and compliance functions, ensuring regulatory excellence and maintaining a steadfast focus on patient safety. His leadership supports Ritedose’s mission of accountability, excellence, and working for the greater good.
Before joining Ritedose, Pavan served as Senior Director of Quality Control and Quality Assurance at Catalent Biologics, where he led teams of more than 300 professionals supporting global aseptic operations, biologics development, and analytical testing. He has extensive experience guiding organizations through FDA inspections, customer audits, and global regulatory reviews, and is widely recognized for his operational expertise and patient-first focus.
Pavan is known for leading with humility, investing in the development of people, and maintaining a clear focus on patient needs. Outside of work, he and his wife of 17 years enjoy raising their two sons, ages 16 and 9. Together, they spend time on the tennis court, on the golf course, and at the beach. Pavan is also an avid reader and enjoys cooking Caribbean, Italian, and Indian cuisine.
