Shawn Collins is an accomplished manufacturing leader with over 25 years of experience in the industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas. Shawn began his career at Coors Brewing Company in Golden, CO, where he spent eight years honing his skills in production and operations. In 2006, he joined Ritedose, where he made a significant impact on the company’s growth and success.
During his first 13 years at Ritedose, Shawn served as the Director of Blow-Fill-Seal Operations, overseeing critical aspects of production. In 2019, he transitioned into the role of Executive Vice President of Operations, where he continues to drive operational excellence and innovation across the organization. His extensive experience and leadership have been instrumental in shaping Ritedose’s operational strategies and performance.
